Fabric is dyed in controlled batches and checked against approved shade cards before release.

Panels are cut by size ratio planned from live stock demand, reducing waste and dead stock.

Trained sewing lines assemble each style, tracked per Job Order and bundle.

Every bundle is inspected, folded, scanned and counted before it enters the warehouse.
